Young Kee Lee - the President of the World Recreation Educational Association (WREA) met Jae Jung Lee, the Superintendent of Gyunggi Province (former deputy prime minister of unification) and discussed various educational topics.
Gyunggi Province is one of the biggest provinces in Korea and the population is 13 million people, which is more than that of Seoul.
At this meeting, Young Kee Lee- the President of the WREA emphasized leisure, recreation, and laughter education for kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school teachers.
President Lee insisted that we need education for well-rounded people with knowledge, ethical behavior, and physical education based on humanity to have a good relationship with friends, so that bullying can be prevented.
As educational authority is sometimes insufficiently strong, he suggested that we should establish an educational authority to promote trust between teachers and students by having teachers learn recreation and laughter, so teachers can lead students.

The WREA is running the program of 'Vivid Laughter Class and Fun Fun Recreation'(4 credits, 60 hours),'Recreation for teacher’(2 credits, 30 hours) through Teacherville, a job training center for teachers and staff. When they complete this training program, they will get the certificate
