The Summer Training Program for recreation and laughter leaders has been conducted online and offline at the various places nationwide. One of the various places, a university has conducted the training program for 24 years beginning in 1994. The certificate acquisition helps provide participants with employment and gives them the skills to maintain good relationships. Furthermore, it will play an important role to make their lives happy and healthy.
